All our orders are shipped from Wisconsin, and we utilize reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS to get your items to you safely and efficiently. We know how exciting it is to receive your new baby clothing or accessories, and we strive to make sure they arrive promptly.
For your convenience, we process orders received before 12 noon CST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) on the same day. This means that if you place your order in the morning, you can expect it to be on its way to you by the end of the day! However, if you place your order after 12 noon CST, don’t worry—your order will be processed the next day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day, so you won’t have to wait long to receive your Alli.C package.
Shipping costs are determined based on the destination of your package. We aim to provide you with the most accurate shipping rates to ensure you know what to expect at checkout.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, it’s important to note that we cannot be responsible for any changes in delivery due to forwarding addresses or for lost or stolen packages that may occur once they have been left at your residence by the mail carrier.
